個人だと領収書は出さなくていいのか？
民法で規定されてる。
民法486条で、弁済したものは、弁済を受領した者に対して受取証書の発行を請求できると定められていて、たとえ個人で仕事をしていたとしても、領収書の発行を求められた場合、発行しなければいけません。
それなのにも関わらず、「個人でやっているので領収書は発行できません」と堂々と言い切るこの人は、完全に怪しいと言える。

ネットで見ていると、バイナリーオプションのコンサルティング料を請求されて払ってしまう詐欺事件が多く発生していることが分かりました。これらの集団は、ツイッターをうまく使いコンサルティング料を不正に受け取っている可能性があります。
